Most questions can best be resolved by contacting the state agency directly. Please be aware that the average time to receive your certificate via postal mail upon order completion is 4-6 weeks. No option to expedite ordering is available online.
Get a copy of a birth or marriage certificate?
You can order certified copies of birth and marriage certificates online. Certificates will be sent to you via postal mail. If you are unable to order your record online, you will need to order the certificate by mail, in person, or by phone.
